Emergency Glass & Board-Up

A shattered storefront, a break-in, or storm damage doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Same crew, any hour. No answering service between you and the person who shows up to secure the opening.

Board-up comes first when the space is exposed. That gets it dry, secure, and out of reach before we ever talk about the glass itself. Once the right glass is sourced, we come back and finish the job.

What to expect

How This Job Usually Goes

  1. You call or text a photo

Whatever's broken and wherever you are in Palm Beach County. The person who answers is the person coming out.

  2. We secure the opening

Board-up material goes up to close the gap, keep the weather out, and keep the space secure until the glass arrives.

  3. Glass is sourced

We measure the opening and get the right replacement glass ordered or cut.

  4. Final install

The board comes down once the real glass goes in.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the board-up permanent or just temporary?

Temporary. It secures the opening until the correct glass is sourced and installed, which is usually a short wait rather than a long one.

Can you document the damage for an insurance claim?

We can take photos of the damage before we board it up so you have a record. The claim itself is between you and your insurance carrier, and we can't speak for what your policy covers.

What if it happens at 3 a.m.?

That's the point of a 24 hour line. It rings to the crew at 3 a.m. the same as it does at 3 p.m.
